The NZDF has a pacific programme based on the NZDF Pacific People’s Strategy 2020-2025 designed to support the attraction, recruitment, retention and advancement of Pacific People in the NZDF. The strategy describes the mutual benefits from when we lean in to conversations to understand Pacific Cultures, include Pacific People in decisions that impact them, and grow the talent of Pacific People. The programme is led by the Pacific Cultural Advisor.
