PTI role explained.

zealand defence force

pdi's role is to specialise in health

and fitness and strength and

conditioning so generally we'll have

classes in and around that 0-800 mark

and potentially a few others throughout

the day

another main role that you'll complete

as a as a pdi is fitness testing

generally depending on the the camp that

you work in you'll do this at least once

a week

and can consist of of multiple fitness

tests depending on the personnel that

you need to cater for

so pdi is initially

brought through by completing a

selection board

the selection board is done over three

days and is joint service so you have

your air force navy and army purse all

there for it once you've been selected

you'll go on to do your primary course
