Whenuapai Dental will be closed from 1200 Friday, 22 December 2023 and re-opening 0800 Monday, 8 January 2024.
During closedown personnel who are in pain may present to the nearest civilian dental facility. Due to the high cost of some dental services it will be directed that treatment be restricted for the relief of pain only.
Patients are to contact us to complete any further treatment when we re-open at 0800 Monday, 08 January 2024.
Personnel are to pay for emergency dental services received. In order to claim reimbursement you will need to provide the following: a. Detailed account of treatment received b. Receipts for payment made c. Completed MD990
