NZDF testing and sports
Te Whakamātautau me te Tākaro NZDF

The NZDF requires its uniformed members to be physically able to undertake deployed military operations safely and effectively. Physical tests and standards have been determined to reflect minimum acceptable requirements. They help ensure a physical fitness platform on which to further develop fitness for operational duties in varying physical and/or climatic environments.
