Making an appointment

We recommend you connect with a social worker via phone to confirm what type of support would be useful and to arrange an appointment during working hours.

If you're unable to get through to social worker and the matter is urgent please leave a message or text and they will get back to you ASAP. Alternatively you can liaise with the lead Social Services manager 021 905 680 or another health provider in the interim - such as a chaplain or NZDF4U.
