Making an appointment

If this is an emergency please call 111.

We recommend you connect with a SAPRA (Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Advisors) via phone to discuss what type of support would be useful and to arrange an appointment during working hours.

You may want to read more information about SAPRA and your information disclosure options.

If you're unable to get through to a SAPRA and the matter is urgent please leave a message and they will get back to you within 24 hours. Calls through the 0800 number will appear to the SAPRAs as a No Caller ID. If no voicemail is left, the SAPRA will be unable to return your call.

Alternatively you can liaise with another health provider in the interim - such as a social worker, chaplain or NZDF4U.
