Helping a mate

Jumping in and giving a mate a hand with something is just what you do. But when the thing they need help with is a mental health issue, it can seem a little different, weird or awkward. And knowing what to do or say is harder still. This section aims to shine light on some of the problems your mate might be experiencing, as well as a few things you can do to help. Mates look out for each other.
